Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon execution of the service agreement (SGD $32,487.45)
- 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon completion of Month 2 deliverables (SGD $43,316.60)
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon project closure and acceptance of final documentation (SGD $32,487.45)
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Meridian Project Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore Singapore. Invoices will be issued in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Project Manager may be subject to revision.
- The Project Manager engagement is exclusive to the client for the duration specified. No concurrent assignments will be undertaken during the contract period.
- All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the laws and regulations of Singapore Singapore, including but not limited to the Employment Act, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and relevant industry-specific statutory requirements.
- Any scope changes beyond the ten (10) approved change requests included in this estimate will be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
