The total Quotation Estimate amount of ZAR 2,010,660.00 (inclusive of 15% VAT) shall be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. A 10% mobilisation deposit is payable upon execution of the service-level agreement. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed by the National Credit Act, as applicable in South Africa Johannesburg commercial practice.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the South Africa Johannesburg professional services sector.
- The Project Manager shall be available on a full-time basis (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with reasonable after-hours availability for critical project escalations.
