The Project Manager engaged under this Quotation Estimate will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive project management experience, with at least five (5) years of direct experience managing projects within Spain or the broader Iberian Peninsula. The candidate will possess a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and a solid understanding of the Spanish labour code (Estatuto de los Trabajadores) as well as the specific commercial regulations applicable in the Comunitat Valenciana.
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager include but are not limited to: developing and maintaining the master project schedule; coordinating cross-functional teams based in and around Valencia; managing the project budget and forecasting variances; conducting weekly status meetings; preparing escalation reports for senior leadership; ensuring all deliverables meet the quality criteria defined in the project charter; and serving as the single point of contact for all project-related communications with the client and third-party vendors operating in Spain Valencia.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any changes to the scope of the Project Manager's duties, an extension of the engagement period beyond twelve months, or additional deliverables not covered in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a formal change request and a revised Quotation Estimate issued by our office. The client reserves the right to terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice, in which case fees will be prorated up to the termination date.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named client and is non-transferable. All rates are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the standard 21% VAT applicable in Spain.
