Exchange rate applied: 1 USD = 2,600 TZS (Bank of Tanzania reference rate as of 15 June 2025). All amounts are exclusive of 18% Value Added Tax (VAT) as applicable under Tanzanian tax law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful onboarding of the Project Manager, and the remaining 30% disbursed monthly in arrears.
- The Project Manager engagement is subject to a minimum contract period of twelve (12) months. Early termination by either party requires a sixty (60) day written notice.
- All services will be delivered in compliance with the Tanzania Employment and Labour Relations Act, 2022, and applicable regulations in Dar es Salaam.
- The Project Manager will be required to maintain professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) throughout the engagement period.
- Intellectual property developed by the Project Manager during the engagement shall remain the property of the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the Tanzania Arbitration Act, with the seat of arbitration in Dar es Salaam.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
