Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis, invoiced on the 1st of each calendar month for services rendered in the preceding month. The client shall remit payment within twenty-one (21) calendar days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the account designated by Meridian Project Consulting Ltd. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month shall apply to any outstanding balances beyond the agreed payment window. The initial PMO setup fee (Item 2) is payable within fourteen (14) days of contract execution.

This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the named client in Turkey Ankara.
The Project Manager shall devote a minimum of 40 hours per week to the project, with on-site presence in Turkey Ankara for no fewer than five (5) working days per week.
Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In such an event, a transition period of thirty (30) days shall be provided to ensure continuity of project management.
All intellectual property, project documentation, and reports generated by the Project Manager during the engagement in Turkey Ankara shall remain the sole property of the client.
