This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted by Apex Project Management Solutions Ltd. to the Kampala Municipal Infrastructure Authority in response to the request for professional Project Manager services to oversee the construction and rehabilitation of the Kampala Central Business District drainage infrastructure. This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive scope of work, professional fees, and associated costs for engaging a certified Project Manager who will be physically based in Uganda Kampala for the duration of the engagement. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is denominated in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and reflects current market rates applicable to the Uganda Kampala professional services sector as of June 2025.

The Project Manager engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following duties and deliverables while operating out of the Uganda Kampala project office:

Development and maintenance of the master project schedule, work breakdown structure, and critical path analysis for all drainage infrastructure works across the Uganda Kampala CBD zone.
Coordination of all subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies including the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) and the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) operating within Uganda Kampala.
Weekly progress reporting, risk register updates, and stakeholder communication management for the client and all parties involved in the Uganda Kampala project.
Quality assurance and quality control oversight to ensure all works comply with Uganda National Building Regulations and KCCA engineering standards.
Budget monitoring, cost control, and variance analysis to ensure the project remains within the approved financial envelope.
Health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance management in accordance with Uganda's Occupational Safety and Health Act, 2006.
Final project closeout documentation, as-built drawings coordination, and handover to the Kampala Municipal Infrastructure Authority.

Payment for the Project Manager services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis, in arrears, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from Apex Project Management Solutions Ltd. A mobilization advance of fifteen percent (15%) of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be disbursed upon execution of the service agreement and commencement of the Project Manager's duties in Uganda Kampala. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company's designated account at Stanbic Bank Uganda, Kampala Branch.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Uganda Kampala professional services sector.
The Project Manager shall be available on-site in Uganda Kampala a minimum of five (5) days per week, with availability for emergency response on weekends as required by project criticality.
All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the Uganda Contracts Act, 2010, and applicable Kampala municipal regulations.
The client reserves the right to request a replacement of the Project Manager with equivalent qualifications upon written notice, at no additional cost to the client.
Any variation in scope beyond the original Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement prior to commencement of additional work.
Apex Project Management Solutions Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than UGX 500,000,000 for the duration of the Project Manager engagement in Uganda Kampala.
Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of three (3) years.

Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide a dedicated project office space within Uganda Kampala. Should the client require the Project Manager to source and lease office accommodation, an additional monthly cost of UGX 3,200,000 shall apply and be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Project Manager services in Uganda Kampala. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
