The Project Manager assigned under this Quotation Estimate will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive project management experience, with at least five (5) years of direct experience delivering projects in the United Arab Emirates Dubai region. The candidate will possess a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute, a Prince2 Practitioner qualification, and a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Fluency in English is mandatory; working proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage for stakeholder engagement within the Dubai market. 4.1 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. A mobilization advance of 20% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon contract signature. All payments are to be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account designated by Meridian Consulting Group LLC, Dubai.

4.2 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Dubai.

4.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of the Project Manager engagement beyond the parameters defined herein will be subject to a formal change order, with corresponding adjustments to the Quotation Estimate total.

4.4 Confidentiality: The Project Manager and all supporting personnel shall adhere to strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

4.5 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date as reflected in this Quotation Estimate.

4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All figures are exclusive of any third-party costs (e.g., specialist consultants, government permit fees in Dubai) unless explicitly stated. The Project Manager's availability is confirmed subject to a signed letter of intent within the validity period.
