This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Consulting Group LLC to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of the Lakeside Commercial Redevelopment Initiative. The Project Manager will be physically based in the United States Chicago metropolitan area and will report directly to the client's executive leadership team. All services described in this Quotation Estimate are tailored specifically to the regulatory, logistical, and operational environment of United States Chicago, including compliance with the City of Chicago Building Code, Cook County permitting requirements, and Illinois state labor regulations.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following core deliverables:

All amounts listed in this Quotation Estimate are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable Illinois state sales tax (6.25%) and Cook County local taxes, which will be added at the time of invoicing. The Project Manager fee structure is fixed for the first twelve (12) months and subject to an annual adjustment not exceeding 4% for months thirteen through eighteen, in accordance with the Consumer Price Index for the United States Chicago metropolitan statistical area.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis, invoiced on the first business day of each month for services rendered in the preceding calendar month. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. The client shall provide a mobilization payment equal to two (2) months of the Project Manager retainer within ten (10) business days of executing this Quotation Estimate agreement.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Meridian Consulting Group LLC to proceed with the engagement of the Project Manager for the United States Chicago project as described herein. This signature constitutes a binding agreement to the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate.
