This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Consulting Group LLC to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver a full-cycle project management engagement within the United States New York City metropolitan area. The Project Manager will operate out of the client's designated office location in Manhattan, New York, and will report directly to the client's Vice President of Operations. The Project Manager assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive project management experience in the United States, with at least five (5) years of direct experience managing projects within the New York City metropolitan area. The Project Manager will possess a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification issued by the Project Management Institute, a valid New York State professional registration where applicable, and demonstrated proficiency in agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. The Project Manager will maintain full professional liability insurance coverage with a minimum limit of $2,000,000 per occurrence, as required for engagements conducted in the United States New York City jurisdiction.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: twenty-five percent (25%) upon execution of the master services agreement; fifty percent (50%) payable in equal monthly installments during the execution phase; and twenty-five percent (25%) upon successful project closure and final acceptance. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via wire transfer to the account designated by Meridian Consulting Group LLC. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with New York State commercial law (N.Y. U.C.C. § 2-709).

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, rates and availability of the Project Manager are subject to revision.
Scope Changes: Any modification to the project scope, timeline, or deliverables beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order signed by both parties. Additional costs will be assessed at the hourly rates specified herein.
Confidentiality: The Project Manager and Meridian Consulting Group LLC shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, trade secrets, and proprietary data in accordance with New York State confidentiality statutes and the terms of the executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a termination fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the remaining contract value.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Insurance: Meridian Consulting Group LLC shall maintain commercial general liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance, and workers' compensation insurance as required by New York State law throughout the duration of the engagement.
Independent Contractor: The Project Manager is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the client. The Project Manager is solely responsible for all federal, New York State, and New York City income tax obligations.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Project Manager services in the United States New York City and agrees to the terms, conditions, rates, and scope of work as outlined herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) is executed by both parties.
