The Project Manager to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the client's multi-phase infrastructure modernization program. The scope encompasses the following core deliverables and responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Development of detailed work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, and critical path analyses for all project phases within the Venezuela Caracas operational site.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Daily liaison with municipal authorities, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors operating in the Venezuela Caracas jurisdiction to ensure compliance with local ordinances and permits.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitoring of all expenditures, variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting to the client's executive team.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

• 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the master services agreement. Amount: $46,302.14
• Monthly Installments: 10 equal monthly payments of $10,803.84, due on the 5th business day of each month, commencing in the first full month of the Project Manager's on-site deployment in Venezuela Caracas.

All payments shall be remitted via international wire transfer to the account designated by Caracas Professional Consulting Group, C.A. The client is responsible for any intermediary banking fees incurred during the transfer. Given the current financial environment in Venezuela Caracas, all transactions will be processed in USD through a compliant correspondent banking channel.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Venezuela Caracas professional services sector.
2. The Project Manager assigned under this engagement shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in infrastructure and industrial project management, with demonstrated familiarity with Venezuelan regulatory frameworks and the specific operational conditions of Venezuela Caracas.
3. Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 15% administrative fee.
4. All intellectual property, methodologies, and proprietary tools developed or utilized by the Project Manager during the engagement shall remain the property of Caracas Professional Consulting Group, C.A., unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) incorporating the terms herein.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or civil unrest affecting the Venezuela Caracas area, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days.

Excluded from this Quotation Estimate are: procurement of construction materials, hiring of specialized subcontractors beyond the Project Manager's direct team, environmental impact assessments, and any legal representation before Venezuelan courts or arbitration panels.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of all terms, conditions, and cost breakdowns presented, and authorizes Caracas Professional Consulting Group, C.A. to proceed with the engagement of the Project Manager for the Venezuela Caracas infrastructure modernization project as described herein.
