The Project Manager engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of your project, from initiation through to closure. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following activities performed within the Zimbabwe Harare operational context:

• Development of the Project Charter, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and detailed project schedule using industry-standard methodologies (PRINCE2 / PMBOK).
• Stakeholder identification, engagement planning, and regular communication management tailored to the Zimbabwe Harare business environment.
• Resource planning, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting aligned with local procurement regulations in Zimbabwe.
• Risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes to safeguard project objectives.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Project Manager services shall be structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment: USD 14,770.14 – due upon signing of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and receipt of the signed Quotation Estimate.
• Monthly Progress Payments: USD 5,470.39 per month – invoiced on the 1st of each month for services rendered in the preceding month.
• Final Payment: USD 14,770.14 – due within 14 calendar days of project closure and acceptance of the final Project Closure Report.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Project Solutions (Pvt) Ltd at Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe, Harare Main Branch, Account No: 0044-8821-0037, SWIFT: STBIZW2H. Payment terms are net 14 days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the RBZ base rate plus 2% per annum.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the Zimbabwe Harare economic environment, exchange rate fluctuations, or resource availability.
• The Project Manager shall devote a minimum of 80% of working hours to the client's project. Any additional time or out-of-scope work will be billed at USD 95.00 per hour and requires prior written approval.
• Apex Project Solutions (Pvt) Ltd shall comply with all applicable Zimbabwean labour laws, the Employment Act [Chapter 28:01], and the Occupational Safety and Health Act [Chapter 7:19] in the employment of the Project Manager.
• Confidentiality: All project data, client information, and proprietary documents accessed by the Project Manager during the engagement in Zimbabwe Harare shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Mediation Act [Chapter 7:17].
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) incorporating these terms.

• The client shall provide a dedicated project office or workspace within Zimbabwe Harare for the Project Manager to operate from.
• Costs for specialist consultants (engineers, legal advisors, environmental auditors) are excluded from this Quotation Estimate and will be quoted separately if required.
