- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Fees are subject to review in accordance with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) fee guidelines and Queensland Health regulations.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of each service unless a pre-arranged payment plan is agreed upon in writing. We accept EFTPOS, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Australian tax law.
- Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled Psychiatrist consultation. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
- Scope Limitation: This Quotation Estimate covers psychiatric services only. Referrals to allied health professionals (psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers) in Brisbane, Australia, will be provided at no additional cost, but their services are billed separately.
