The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month retainer arrangement for a senior Psychiatrist to provide ongoing clinical consultations, diagnostic assessments, medication management, and therapeutic interventions for the client's staff or designated beneficiaries. All services will be rendered at our primary clinic located in Osu, Ghana Accra, or at the client's premises as mutually agreed upon.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ghana Accra.
• All Psychiatrist services are subject to the availability of the designated clinician. In the event of unavailability, a qualified substitute Psychiatrist of equivalent seniority will be assigned at no additional cost.
• Payment terms: 50% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% shall be paid in two equal quarterly instalments.
• All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account details provided on the official invoice. International clients may remit in USD at the Bank of Ghana's prevailing exchange rate on the date of payment.
• Confidentiality: All patient records and clinical information handled by the Psychiatrist are protected under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana and the professional code of ethics of the West African College of Psychiatry.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement will be executed upon mutual acceptance of the terms outlined herein.
• Any additional services beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately in writing prior to commencement.
• The Psychiatrist reserves the right to refer patients to specialist facilities within or outside Ghana Accra if the clinical condition warrants it. Referral costs, if any, will be communicated in advance.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth above for the provision of Psychiatrist services in Ghana Accra. This document serves as the formal basis for the subsequent service agreement between the parties.
