3.1 Validity. This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Psychiatrist reserves the right to revise the fees in accordance with any changes in the Milan, Italy healthcare market or regulatory environment.
3.2 Payment Terms. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Invoices will be issued monthly for recurring Psychiatrist services. A 1.5% monthly late-payment interest will apply to overdue balances in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
3.3 Cancellation Policy. Appointments with the Psychiatrist in Italy Milan may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
3.4 Confidentiality and Data Protection. All clinical information handled by the Psychiatrist is protected under Italian medical confidentiality law (Codice Deontologico del Medico) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
