This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meru Road Psychiatric & Mental Health Centre, a fully licensed and accredited psychiatric facility operating in Kenya Nairobi, to provide a comprehensive breakdown of professional Psychiatrist services requested by the client. Our team of board-certified Psychiatrist professionals is dedicated to delivering evidence-based mental health care in accordance with the standards set by the Kenya Medical Practitioners & Dentists Council (KMPDC) and the Mental Health Act, 2012 of the Republic of Kenya.

The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers outpatient psychiatric consultations, diagnostic assessments, pharmacological management, psychotherapy sessions, and follow-up care for a period of twelve (12) months. All services will be delivered at our primary clinic located in Westlands, Kenya Nairobi, or via approved telepsychiatry platforms for clients residing in the broader Nairobi metropolitan area.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
• All Psychiatrist fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of professional consultation time but exclusive of third-party laboratory tests not listed above.
• Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (Equity Bank, KCB, or Co-operative Bank), M-Pesa, and certified cheque.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the initial Psychiatrist appointment. The remaining balance shall be payable in monthly instalments aligned with the treatment schedule.
• All patient records and psychiatric data are handled in strict compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya and the confidentiality provisions of the Mental Health Act, 2012.
• Cancellation of a scheduled Psychiatrist appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the session cost.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by the authorised representative of the client.
• Any services rendered beyond the scope outlined in this document will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and prior written approval.

The lead Psychiatrist for this engagement, Dr. Amina Wanjiru Kamau, holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Nairobi, a Master of Medicine in Psychiatry (MMed Psych) from the College of Medicine, University of Nairobi, and is a Fellow of the East African College of Psychiatry (FEACP). She is currently registered with the KMPDC under Practising Certificate No. KMPDC/2025/3341 and maintains full professional indemnity insurance. All supporting clinical staff, including clinical psychologists and psychiatric nurses, are duly registered with their respective professional bodies in Kenya Nairobi.
