1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Psychiatrist service fees listed herein may be subject to revision based on current market rates in Mexico Mexico City and updates to the Mexican general price list for medical services.
2. All Psychiatrist services described in this Quotation Estimate will be rendered at our licensed clinic facility located in Mexico Mexico City, or via secure telehealth platforms as specified in the itemized table. The Psychiatrist attending each session will be a board-certified specialist registered with the Mexican Council of Psychiatry (Consejo Mexicano de Psiquiatría).
3. Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is due within fifteen (15) business days of the client's written acceptance. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (SPEI), major credit cards, and cash at our Mexico Mexico City office. A 1.5% monthly late fee will apply to overdue balances.
4. 5.
