- This Quotation Estimate for Psychiatrist services in Pakistan Karachi is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Psychiatrist service rates may be revised in accordance with the prevailing fee schedule of the Pakistan Psychiatric Society.
- All payments are to be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash at the Karachi Mind & Wellness Centre reception in Clifton, Pakistan Karachi.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the initial Psychiatrist consultation appointment. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the first session.
- Rescheduling of any Psychiatrist session must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session rate.
- The Psychiatrist reserves the right to refer the client to a specialist psychiatrist, neurologist, or inpatient psychiatric facility in Pakistan Karachi if the clinical condition warrants a higher level of care. Additional costs for such referrals will be communicated separately.
- All patient records, psychiatric assessments, and treatment plans are maintained in strict confidentiality in compliance with the Pakistan Data Protection Act 2023 and the ethical guidelines of the PMDC.
- Telehealth Psychiatrist sessions are conducted via encrypted video platforms and are available to clients residing in Pakistan Karachi or elsewhere in Pakistan. The Psychiatrist will verify the client's location at the start of each virtual session.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement will be executed upon the client's written acceptance of this estimate.
- Any disputes arising from the Psychiatrist services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Sindh Consumer Protection Authority, Karachi, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2010 of Pakistan.
