This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Shifa Mental Health & Psychiatry Center to provide comprehensive Psychiatrist services tailored to the corporate wellness needs of the client. All services will be delivered in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Saudi Ministry of Health and the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). The Psychiatrist team assigned to this engagement consists of board-certified specialists with a minimum of ten years of clinical experience in adult and occupational psychiatry, all practicing within the licensed facilities located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
The scope encompasses initial psychiatric assessments, ongoing therapeutic sessions, pharmacological management, crisis intervention, and periodic wellness reviews for up to 150 employees of the client organization. All clinical documentation will be maintained in both Arabic and English to comply with local regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- All Psychiatrist services shall be rendered by licensed and SCFHS-registered specialists. The client reserves the right to request a specific Psychiatrist by name, subject to availability.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first quarter, and 30% upon completion of the second quarter. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- Confidentiality: All patient records and clinical data are protected under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the Ministry of Health confidentiality regulations. No information will be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the patient, except where mandated by law in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Cancellation: The client may cancel the engagement with a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of cancellation, fees for services already rendered and non-refundable commitments (e.g., reserved Psychiatrist schedules) shall remain payable.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The final service agreement shall be executed separately and shall incorporate all terms herein.
