3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and are inclusive of the Psychiatrist's professional fees, clinical materials, and standard diagnostic tools. Any additional laboratory tests, imaging, or specialist referrals beyond those listed above will be quoted separately and require prior written approval from the client.
Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total estimated amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be payable in two equal monthly instalments aligned with the treatment schedule. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the designated account of the Clinique Psychiatrique du Lac Rose, Dakar, Senegal.
The Psychiatrist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan based on clinical progress, and any such modifications will be communicated in writing. If the scope of services changes by more than fifteen percent (15%), a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued for the client's review and approval before any additional work commences.
4. Confidentiality and Ethical Standards
All psychiatric records, session notes, and medical documentation generated under this engagement are subject to the strictest confidentiality protocols in accordance with the Senegalese Health Code (Code de la Santé Publique du Sénégal) and the ethical guidelines of the Senegalese College of Psychiatrists. No information pertaining to the client or family members will be disclosed to any third party in Senegal Dakar or internationally without explicit written consent, except where mandated by law.
5. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Psychiatrist services in Senegal Dakar and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein.
