All services will be delivered by a board-certified Psychiatrist at our facility located in the El-Khadim district of Sudan Khartoum.

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment conditions. A deposit of 30% (SDG 210,600) is required upon acceptance of this quotation to secure the client's appointment schedule with the Psychiatrist. The remaining balance of 70% (SDG 491,400) shall be payable in two equal instalments: 50% at the midpoint of the treatment plan (end of Week 6) and 50% upon completion of the full twelve-week programme. Payments may be made via bank transfer to the facility's designated account at Bank of Khartoum, or in cash at the front desk of our Sudan Khartoum office. All payments are non-refundable once a session has been conducted.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all fees are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
- All Psychiatrist services described herein are to be performed by Dr. Salma Ibrahim Hassan or, in her absence, by a similarly qualified and licensed psychiatrist from our team. The client will be notified in advance of any substitution.
- Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will incur a 50% fee of the session cost.
- The Psychiatrist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan, including medication adjustments or additional sessions, based on clinical progress. Any additional services beyond the scope of this quotation will be communicated to the client in writing prior to delivery and will be billed separately.
- All patient records, diagnostic reports, and clinical notes are maintained in strict confidence in accordance with the Sudanese Medical Ethics Code and applicable data protection regulations in Sudan Khartoum.
- This quotation does not constitute a guarantee of specific clinical outcomes. The Psychiatrist will exercise professional medical judgment throughout the course of treatment.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions affecting operations in Sudan Khartoum, the facility reserves the right to suspend or reschedule services without penalty to either party.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the Sudanese Medical Council for mediation.
