The following Quotation Estimate covers a full course of psychiatric care delivered by a board-certified Psychiatrist at our clinic in United Arab Emirates, Dubai. The scope includes initial assessment, diagnostic evaluation, ongoing therapeutic sessions, pharmacological management, and follow-up care as clinically indicated.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates listed herein are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in United Arab Emirates, Dubai.
2. All psychiatric services described in this document shall be delivered by a licensed Psychiatrist registered with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) of the United Arab Emirates.
3. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Quotation Estimate unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (AED), credit/debit card, and approved insurance direct billing.
4. Insurance claims: Where the client holds a valid health insurance policy covering psychiatric services in the United Arab Emirates, our billing department will process the claim on the client's behalf. The client is responsible for any co-payment, deductible, or non-covered items as per the policy terms.
5. Cancellation policy: Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the applicable session fee as stated in this Quotation Estimate.
6. Confidentiality: All patient records, diagnostic findings, and treatment plans are handled in strict accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the professional code of ethics governing psychiatric practice in Dubai.
7. The treating Psychiatrist reserves the right to refer the client to a specialist psychiatrist, neuropsychologist, or inpatient psychiatric facility if the clinical condition warrants a higher level of care. Any such referral costs are not included in this Quotation Estimate and will be quoted separately.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and accepted by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be executed in accordance with UAE commercial law.
9. All services are to be rendered at our clinic premises in United Arab Emirates, Dubai (Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown) or via the approved telepsychiatry platform, unless otherwise specified in writing.
10. Any additional laboratory investigations, imaging (e.g., MRI, EEG), or specialist consultations not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the prevailing DHA-regulated fee schedule and communicated to the client in advance.
