4.1 Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the client and countersignature by the Psychologist. The client is requested to confirm acceptance within 14 calendar days of receipt.
4.2 Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments shall incur a surcharge of 1.5% per month. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Psychologist's practice in Kabul, Afghanistan.
4.3 Confidentiality: The Psychologist shall maintain strict professional confidentiality in accordance with the ethical standards of the Afghan Medical Association and international psychological practice guidelines. All client records stored in Afghanistan Kabul shall be kept in a secure, access-controlled facility.
4.4 Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination plus any non-refundable commitments already made.
4.5 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to political instability, security disruptions, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions affecting operations in Afghanistan Kabul.
4.6 Professional Standards: The Psychologist shall hold valid licensure and shall adhere to the ethical code of conduct recognized by the relevant professional bodies in Afghanistan and internationally. 4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts in Kabul.
