3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and the availability of the Psychologist in Algeria Algiers.
All services shall be rendered by a Psychologist duly registered with the National Order of Psychologists of Algeria and holding a valid professional license issued by the relevant Algerian authorities.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the core therapy sessions, and 20% upon delivery of the final written report. Payments shall be made in Algerian Dinars via bank transfer to the account of the Algerian Psychological Care Institute.
The Psychologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain strict professional confidentiality in full compliance with Algerian law and the ethical standards of the profession. No client records shall be disclosed without written consent, except where mandated by law.
Sessions are scheduled at the institute's premises in Hydra, Algiers, or at the client's designated location within the greater Algeria Algiers metropolitan area. Travel beyond the city limits will be quoted separately.
Any additional services, extended sessions, or modifications to the scope of work requested by the client after the acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary estimate issued in writing.
In the event of cancellation by the client, a fee of 50% of the scheduled session cost will apply if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a definitive service agreement will be executed.
All disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, before the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.
