Scope of ServicesThe following Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month Employee Assistance Program (EAP) delivered by a dedicated team of Psychologist specialists. All services will be conducted in both English and Bangla to ensure accessibility for all employees across Bangladesh Dhaka.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- All Psychologist professionals engaged under this contract hold valid licenses issued by the Bangladesh Psychological Council (BPC) and maintain professional indemnity insurance.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six months, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of the annual report.
- Confidentiality: All client data, session notes, and psychometric results will be handled in strict accordance with the Bangladesh Data Protection Act and professional ethical codes governing Psychologist practice in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the standard Psychologist consultation rate of BDT 3,500 per hour.
- Force majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Bangladesh Dhaka.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received.
- All services will be delivered in compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and relevant occupational health and safety regulations applicable in Bangladesh Dhaka.
