- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement initiated after the expiry date will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in China Beijing.
- Payment Schedule: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be payable in two equal installments: 30% upon completion of the mid-point of the service period and 30% upon final delivery of the Psychological Report and completion of all sessions.
- Currency: All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY / RMB). International wire transfers will be subject to the client's bank fees and applicable foreign exchange rates prevailing in China Beijing at the time of transaction.
- Confidentiality: The Psychologist and all supporting staff are bound by strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with the Psychological Practice Standards of the Chinese Psychological Society and the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China. All client records will be stored in compliance with Beijing Municipal data security regulations.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of scheduled Psychologist sessions must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the session rate. Cancellation of the entire engagement within the first 14 days will result in a 20% administrative fee being retained.
- Licensing & Qualifications: The assigned Psychologist holds a valid Practicing Psychologist Certificate issued by the Beijing Municipal Health Commission and is registered with the Chinese Psychological Society. Copies of credentials will be provided upon request prior to the commencement of services.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to public health emergencies, government-mandated closures, or natural disasters affecting the China Beijing region.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any subsequent service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Psychologist services in China Beijing and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein. This signature constitutes a formal request to proceed with the engagement and does not, by itself, constitute a binding service contract until a separate Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
