- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Psychologist reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in operational costs in Egypt Cairo or adjustments in the Egyptian healthcare regulatory framework.
- All fees quoted in this document are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 14% as mandated by the Egyptian Tax Authority. VAT will be added to the final invoice upon service delivery.
- Payment terms: A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Psychologist's schedule. The remaining 50% shall be settled within fourteen (14) days of the completion of all scheduled sessions.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 75% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
- The Psychologist operating in Egypt Cairo is bound by strict confidentiality as per Egyptian Law No. 100 of 2014 (Mental Health Law) and the ethical code of the Egyptian Psychologists Syndicate. Client records will be stored securely and will not be disclosed without written consent, except where legally mandated.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the acceptance section below. The Psychologist retains the right to decline or modify services if the clinical presentation changes significantly during the course of treatment.
