- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Psychologist service rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Payment for Psychologist services is due within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the initial Psychologist consultation appointment.
- All Psychologist sessions are conducted in strict confidentiality in accordance with the Ethiopian Mental Health Proclamation (No. 1021/2017) and the code of ethics of the Ethiopian Psychological Association.
- The Psychologist reserves the right to refer the client to a psychiatrist or another specialist in Ethiopia Addis Ababa if the clinical presentation exceeds the scope of psychological intervention.
- Cancellation of a scheduled Psychologist session must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the session cost.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned a copy. The Psychologist practice in Ethiopia Addis Ababa will issue a formal service agreement upon acceptance.
- All documentation, assessment reports, and treatment records generated by the Psychologist remain the property of the client and may be shared with other healthcare providers only with written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Psychologist services will be resolved through mediation in accordance with Ethiopian commercial law, with jurisdiction in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
