- Validity Period: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Psychologist reserves the right to revise the fees based on current market rates in France Paris.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the date of this Quotation Estimate. Invoices will be issued in Euro (EUR) and may be settled via bank transfer (virement bancaire), cheque, or major credit card. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
- Session Scheduling: The Psychologist will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the client's preferred schedule. Sessions are available Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 19:00, at the France Paris office. Telehealth sessions via encrypted video platform are available at the same rate.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be provided at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
