The Psychologist assigned to this engagement holds a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Dr. psych.) from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, is a registered member of the German Psychological Society (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Psychologie, DGPs), and holds a valid licence to practise psychotherapy issued by the Berlin Senate Department for Health and Social Affairs. The Psychologist has a minimum of twelve years of clinical and organisational experience in Germany Berlin and is fluent in German and English, ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
Payment Terms: Invoices are issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account of Berlin Psychological Services GmbH. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month applies in accordance with § 288 BGB.
Confidentiality: All sessions, assessments, and reports conducted by the Psychologist are subject to strict professional confidentiality as mandated by § 203 StGB (German Criminal Code) and the professional code of ethics of the DGPs. No information will be disclosed to third parties without the explicit written consent of the client or as required by law.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
Service Location: All services are to be delivered within the administrative boundaries of Germany Berlin (including all twelve districts). Travel to locations outside Berlin (e.g., Potsdam, Brandenburg) will be subject to a separate travel surcharge to be agreed in advance.
Liability: Berlin Psychological Services GmbH shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. The total liability under this Quotation Estimate is capped at the total contract value of € 10,126.90.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, Germany.
Data Protection: Personal data will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be executed prior to the commencement of services.
Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be provided by signing the acceptance block below or by sending a written confirmation to the email address listed in the header.
