- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Germany Frankfurt.
- Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified on each invoice. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory rate under German commercial law (BGB §288).
- Confidentiality: All psychological data, session notes, and assessment results handled by the Psychologist are protected under the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No individual employee data will be disclosed to the client company without explicit written consent.
- Cancellation Policy: Individual sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed at 50% of the session fee.
- Scope Limitation: The Psychologist provides psychological support and is not a substitute for psychiatric treatment. In cases requiring medication or psychiatric intervention, the Psychologist will refer the employee to an appropriate psychiatrist in Germany Frankfurt.
- Liability: The practice assumes no liability for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the total contract value stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Frankfurt am Main, Germany Frankfurt.
- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding contract upon written acceptance by both parties. Acceptance may be communicated via signed copy of this document or via email confirmation referencing Quotation No. QE-2025-0347.
