This Quotation Estimate document is issued by Accra Mind & Wellness Psychological Services Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional fees for the engagement of a licensed Psychologist to deliver clinical and therapeutic services within the Greater Accra region of Ghana Accra. This estimate has been prepared in accordance with the fee schedules established by the Ghana Health Service and the Ghana Psychological Association, and it reflects current market rates for qualified psychological practice in Ghana Accra as of the second quarter of 2025.
The purpose of this Quotation Estimate is to enable the client to make an informed financial decision regarding the scope, duration, and nature of psychological services to be rendered. All figures presented herein are denominated in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 6 of this document.
The Psychologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services at our clinic located in Osu, Ghana Accra, or at the client's designated premises within the Accra Metropolitan Area:
- Comprehensive initial psychological assessment and diagnostic evaluation (including administration of standardized psychometric instruments such as the MMPI-2, Beck Depression Inventory, and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale).
- Individual psychotherapy sessions (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, or Integrative approaches as clinically indicated).
- Family and couples counselling sessions for the Asante household members.
- Psychological report writing and clinical documentation for legal, insurance, or institutional purposes.
- Follow-up and monitoring sessions to track therapeutic progress over a defined treatment period.
- Emergency crisis intervention and telephone consultation (limited to 2 hours per month).

The Psychologist assigned to this engagement holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon, and is fully registered with the Ghana Health Service and the Ghana Psychological Association. The practitioner possesses over twelve years of clinical experience in Ghana Accra, with specialized training in trauma-informed care, adolescent mental health, and culturally sensitive therapeutic approaches tailored to the Ghanaian context. All sessions will be conducted in English, with the option of Twi or Ga language support available at no additional cost.
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 50% advance payment (GHS 17,566.25) due upon acceptance of this quotation and prior to the commencement of services.
- 30% interim payment (GHS 10,539.75) due at the midpoint of the treatment period (after Session 6).
- 20% final payment (GHS 7,026.50) due upon completion of all scheduled sessions and delivery of final psychological reports.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to our designated account at Ecobank Ghana (Account Name: Accra Mind & Wellness Psychological Services Ltd., Account No.: 0012-4567-8901, Branch: Osu, Accra) or by certified cheque. Mobile money payments (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) are accepted for amounts up to GHS 5,000.00 per transaction.
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs, exchange rates, or regulatory adjustments within Ghana Accra.
6.2 All services will be delivered in strict compliance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and the ethical code of conduct of the Ghana Psychological Association. Client confidentiality is absolute and will be maintained throughout and after the engagement.
6.3 Cancellation of any scheduled session must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the applicable session fee.
6.4 The Psychologist reserves the right to refer the client to a psychiatrist or other specialist if clinical assessment indicates the need for pharmacological intervention or services beyond the scope of psychological practice.
6.5 This estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement will be executed upon the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
6.6 Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Ghana Accra.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named client and may not be transferred or used for any other purpose without prior written consent from Accra Mind & Wellness Psychological Services Ltd.
