This Quotation Estimate is issued by a licensed and registered Psychologist practising in India Bangalore for the provision of comprehensive psychological assessment, individual counselling, and therapeutic intervention services. The Psychologist holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Mysore, is registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), and has over twelve years of clinical experience serving individuals and corporate clients across the India Bangalore metropolitan region.
The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to address the client's specific mental health needs, which may include but are not limited to: anxiety management, stress reduction, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), interpersonal relationship counselling, workplace burnout intervention, and emotional well-being support. 4. Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Psychologist reserves the right to revise the fees based on prevailing market rates in India Bangalore.
- A 50% advance payment of the total amount is required to confirm the booking and secure the Psychologist's schedule. The remaining 50% shall be payable upon completion of the final session or delivery of the written report, whichever is earlier.
- Payments may be made via NEFT/RTGS, UPI, bank transfer, or major credit/debit cards. The Psychologist's practice in India Bangalore accepts all standard digital payment methods prevalent in the region.
- Cancellation of a scheduled session must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- All fees quoted in this Quotation Estimate are inclusive of the Psychologist's professional time, use of clinical instruments, and administrative overheads. Travel expenses, if any, for home-visit consultations in the India Bangalore area, will be billed separately at actual cost.
- The Psychologist is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services rendered under this Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions with the Psychologist is protected under the Indian Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, and the professional ethical code of the Rehabilitation Council of India. No records will be disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent, except where mandated by law.

- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
5. Additional Notes
Note: The Psychologist strongly recommends a minimum of eight (8) weekly sessions for optimal therapeutic progress. Sunday consultations are available by prior appointment only. The clinic is accessible via public transport and has dedicated parking facilities for clients travelling from other parts of India Bangalore.
