- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India Mumbai.
- All services rendered by the Psychologist are subject to the professional ethical code of the Indian Psychological Society and the Rehabilitation Council of India. Confidentiality is maintained in strict accordance with the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% shall be payable in two equal monthly instalments. Payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the proforma invoice.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' prior notice. Cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- The Psychologist reserves the right to refer the client to a psychiatrist or medical specialist if clinical indications warrant, at no additional cost for the referral itself.
- All services are to be delivered within the geographical boundaries of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, India Mumbai, including suburbs such as Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Kalyan-Dombivli where specifically agreed in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The Psychologist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of INR 50,00,000 for the duration of the engagement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Psychologist for services delivered in India Mumbai.
