- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised quotation.
- All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the Psychologist's professional fees, standard materials, and travel within the Iraq Baghdad city limits. Applicable Iraqi government taxes, if any, will be added at the prevailing rate.
- The Psychologist engaged under this quotation holds a valid license issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Health and is a registered member of the Iraqi Psychological Association. A copy of the license and professional credentials will be provided upon request.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-term milestone, and 20% upon final delivery of all reports and services. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the invoice.
- All psychological sessions and assessments will be conducted in strict confidence in accordance with the Iraqi Data Protection regulations and the ethical code of the Iraqi Psychological Association. Client records will be stored securely in Iraq Baghdad and will not be disclosed without written consent.
- Sessions may be conducted in Arabic or English, or both, at the client's preference. The Psychologist is fully bilingual and experienced in working with diverse populations in the Iraq Baghdad region.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and additional charges at the rates specified in our standard fee schedule.
- Cancellation of a scheduled session must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be executed.
- The Psychologist reserves the right to refer clients to specialized psychiatric or medical services if the clinical presentation warrants intervention beyond the scope of psychological practice.
