The following Quotation Estimate covers a 12-month retainer arrangement for a licensed Psychologist to deliver employee wellness, clinical counselling, organisational psychology assessments, and crisis intervention services. All in-person sessions will take place at the MindBridge clinic located in the heart of Kuwait Kuwait City, or at the client's designated office premises within the Kuwait City metropolitan area. The Psychologist will operate in full compliance with the Kuwait Ministry of Health regulations governing psychological practice and the Kuwait Labour Law (Law No. 6 of 2010) regarding employee health and welfare.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Psychologist may be subject to revision.
2. All services will be rendered by a fully licensed and registered Psychologist holding a valid practice permit issued by the Kuwait Ministry of Health. The lead Psychologist for this engagement is Dr. Fatima Al-Mutawa, PhD, with over twelve years of clinical experience in Kuwait Kuwait City.
3. Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% invoiced monthly in arrears. All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the MindBridge Psychological Services LLC account at National Bank of Kuwait, Kuwait City branch.
4. Confidentiality: All client records, session notes, and psychometric data will be stored in accordance with Kuwait's data protection framework. No information will be disclosed to the employer beyond aggregate, anonymised wellness reports unless explicit written consent is provided by the individual.
5. The Psychologist reserves the right to refer clients to specialist psychiatrists or other mental health professionals within the Kuwait City healthcare network if the clinical presentation exceeds the scope of psychological intervention.
6. Any additional sessions beyond the quantities specified in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the per-unit rates listed above, subject to prior written approval by the client's HR Director.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement will be executed upon mutual acceptance, incorporating all terms herein and any additional provisions negotiated by both parties.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Kuwait Kuwait City.
9. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait City.
