All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be conducted by a fully registered and licensed Psychologist who is a member in good standing with the Board of Psychologists Malaysia (BEM) and the Malaysian Psychological Association (MPA). The Psychologist assigned to your case will adhere strictly to the Malaysian Code of Ethics for Psychologists, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and all relevant clinical guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Sessions will be conducted at our fully equipped clinic located in the heart of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, or alternatively via secure telehealth platforms for clients who prefer remote consultations within the Klang Valley region.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees may be subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
• Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. Accepted methods include bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), DuitNow, and major credit cards. A 5% late payment surcharge applies to overdue balances.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the initial assessment appointment with the Psychologist. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the full treatment package.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% session fee.
• All clinical records, test results, and written reports remain the confidential property of the client and are stored in compliance with Malaysian data protection legislation. No information will be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except where mandated by law.
• The Psychologist reserves the right to refer the client to a psychiatrist or other allied health professional if clinical judgment deems it necessary for the client's safety and well-being.
