1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be paid in two equal installments: 50% at the midpoint of the service period and 50% upon completion. Payment may be made via bank transfer (RIB), cheque, or cash at our Casablanca office.
3. Cancellation Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session will be charged at 50% of the session fee. The Psychologist reserves the right to terminate the therapeutic relationship with 7 days' written notice if ethical or professional concerns arise.
4. Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions with our Psychologist is protected under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data and the professional code of ethics of the Moroccan Order of Psychologists. No records will be disclosed without the client's written consent, except where required by law.
5. Scope Limitation: The services described in this Quotation Estimate are limited to psychological counseling, therapy, and assessment. They do not include psychiatric medication management, which would require a referral to a licensed psychiatrist. Our Psychologist will coordinate with any referring physician as needed.
6. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca.
7. Acceptance: By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein. The service engagement shall commence upon receipt of the initial deposit.
