The Psychologist assigned to this engagement holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, and is duly registered with the Nepal Council for Mental Health. The practitioner possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of post-graduate clinical experience in the Nepal Kathmandu region, with specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and organizational psychology. All services are delivered in compliance with the Nepal Mental Health Act and the ethical code of conduct established by the Nepal Psychological Association.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be payable in two equal monthly installments. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of MindWell Psychological Services Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal.
- Scheduling: Individual Psychologist sessions are available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Nepal Standard Time (NPT). Rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% session fee applies.
- Confidentiality: All clinical records, session notes, and assessment reports are protected under Nepal's data privacy regulations. No information will be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client, except where mandated by law.
- Cancellation Policy: The client may cancel the engagement with a written notice of fourteen (14) days. In such cases, fees for sessions already conducted and non-refundable assessment costs shall be retained by the Psychologist.
- Liability: MindWell Psychological Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for outcomes beyond the standard of care expected of a licensed Psychologist in Nepal Kathmandu. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific therapeutic outcomes.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, which are particularly relevant in the Nepal Kathmandu geographic context.
