- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Psychologist reserves the right to revise rates due to market adjustments in Nigeria Lagos.
- All fees stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are payable to the Psychologist's designated bank account in Lagos, Nigeria.
- A minimum of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required as an advance payment before the commencement of any service. The remaining balance shall be due within fourteen (14) days of service completion.
- The Psychologist shall maintain strict professional confidentiality in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Counselling Psychologists Association of Nigeria and the National Health Act of Nigeria. All client records shall be stored securely within Nigeria Lagos.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement prior to execution.
- The Psychologist is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the services rendered under this engagement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be evidenced by a signed service agreement.
- All services shall be delivered in compliance with the regulatory standards set by the Counselling Psychologists Association of Nigeria (CPAN) and applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Nigeria Lagos, the Psychologist shall notify the client within forty-eight (48) hours and propose an alternative delivery schedule.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.
