2. Scope of Psychologist Services

The following professional services will be rendered by a licensed and registered Psychologist operating under the regulatory framework of the Pakistan Council of Psychologists and in compliance with the Mental Health Act of Pakistan. The services are tailored to the specific needs of the client and are to be conducted at the Islamabad Psychological Wellness Centre premises or, where applicable, through approved telehealth platforms.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: a 40% advance payment (PKR 102,960) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the commencement of the initial assessment. The remaining 60% balance (PKR 154,440) shall be payable in three equal monthly installments of PKR 51,480, due on the 5th of each subsequent month. 5. Validity & Acceptance

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed with the engagement, a signed copy of this document must be returned to the Islamabad Psychological Wellness Centre within the validity period. Upon receipt of the signed acceptance and the advance payment, the Psychologist will schedule the initial assessment within five (5) working days. Any services not utilized within the agreed treatment timeline may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to a minimum of 48-hour prior notice.
