Scope of ServicesThe Psychologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services at the client's designated office premises in Karachi or at the centre's Clifton location, as mutually agreed upon in writing:
- Initial comprehensive psychological assessment and diagnostic evaluation (one-time)
- Individual cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) sessions, 60 minutes each
- Organizational stress management workshops for up to 50 employees
- Psychometric testing and standardized assessment battery administration
- Monthly progress reports and clinical documentation
- Emergency crisis intervention support (up to 4 hours per month)
- Referral coordination with psychiatrists or medical specialists in Karachi if clinically indicated

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation; the remaining 50% shall be payable in two equal monthly instalments over the engagement period.
- All sessions conducted by the Psychologist are subject to a minimum 24-hour advance booking notice. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to a scheduled session will incur a 50% fee.
- Confidentiality: All clinical records, assessment data, and session notes shall be maintained in strict accordance with the Pakistan Psychologists Registration Board (PPRB) code of ethics and the Personal Data Protection regulations of Pakistan.
- The Psychologist reserves the right to refer the client to a psychiatrist or other medical specialist if the clinical presentation warrants it. Such referrals will be communicated in writing and will not incur additional cost beyond the line item specified above.
- Service delivery is limited to the Karachi metropolitan area, including Clifton, DHA, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Nazimabad, and adjacent localities. Travel beyond this radius will be billed at PKR 200 per additional kilometre.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received in the designated bank account.
- Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of services under this quotation shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
