Scope of Services – Psychologist Engagement in Qatar Doha

The following Psychologist services are proposed for delivery at our clinic premises located in central Qatar Doha, or at the client's designated facility within the Doha municipality, as mutually agreed upon prior to each session. Our lead Psychologist, Dr. Sarah Al-Mansouri, holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from a recognized international university, is registered with the Qatar Health Professions Council, and possesses over twelve years of experience in adult, adolescent, and organizational psychology within the Gulf region.

Note: The above Quotation Estimate does not include applicable municipal service fees or third-party laboratory costs, if any. All rates are exclusive of 5% Municipal Tax where applicable under Qatar commercial regulations.

Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Psychologist service rates may be subject to revision based on updated operational costs in Qatar Doha.
2. Payment terms: 50% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% to be settled within fourteen (14) days of completion of all scheduled sessions.
3. All Psychologist sessions are subject to a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session rate.
4. Confidentiality: All client records, assessment data, and session notes are protected under the Qatar Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and the professional ethical code of the Qatar Health Professions Council. The Psychologist shall not disclose any client information without written consent, except where mandated by Qatari law.
5. The Psychologist reserves the right to refer the client to a psychiatrist or specialist medical facility if clinical assessment indicates the need for pharmacological intervention or specialized medical care beyond the scope of psychological practice in Qatar Doha.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding service contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be executed in accordance with Qatari commercial law.
7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts of the State of Qatar, Doha jurisdiction.
8. All services are to be conducted in a professional, culturally sensitive manner consistent with the values and regulations of the State of Qatar. The Psychologist shall adhere to the dress code and conduct standards expected in Qatar Doha professional environments.
