- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all pricing for the Psychologist services listed herein is subject to revision based on current market rates in Russia Moscow.
- All services shall be performed by a qualified, licensed Psychologist who is a registered member of the Russian Psychological Society and holds valid professional liability insurance covering practice in the Moscow region.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% upon completion of the final service milestone. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Moscow Psychological Consultation Center LLC, Russia Moscow.
- The Psychologist shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with Article 13 of Federal Law No. 323-FZ "On the Protection of Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation" and the professional ethical standards of the Russian Psychological Society.
- All sessions and workshops shall be conducted at the agreed-upon location in Russia Moscow unless otherwise specified in writing by both parties. Remote sessions via encrypted video conferencing are permitted as an alternative.
- Any cancellation of a scheduled Psychologist session by the client must be communicated no fewer than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signed service agreement. The acceptance of this estimate triggers the preparation of a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- All intellectual property, including written reports, program methodologies, and assessment instruments developed by the Psychologist under this engagement, shall remain the property of the Psychologist unless otherwise agreed in the final contract.
