2. Scope of Psychologist ServicesThe following Psychologist services are included in this Quotation Estimate and will be delivered at our licensed facility in Saudi Arabia Jeddah or, where applicable, through approved telehealth platforms in accordance with Saudi data protection and privacy laws:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any services commenced after the validity period will be subject to revised pricing.
- All Psychologist services are delivered by licensed and CCHS-registered professionals operating within the legal framework of Saudi Arabia Jeddah. Practitioner credentials and licenses are available upon request.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due upon completion of the agreed service package. Invoices will be issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- All client information is handled in strict accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the confidentiality standards mandated by the Ministry of Health. No records will be shared without written client consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The final service agreement will be executed separately.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined herein will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah.
