The Psychologist named in this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from King Saud University, Riyadh, and is fully registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). All services rendered in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, shall comply with the National Mental Health Strategy, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia, and the ethical code of conduct established by the Saudi Psychologists Association. Confidentiality of all client records and session notes is guaranteed in strict accordance with Saudi data protection regulations.

• Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the mid-term milestone (after 20 individual therapy sessions); 20% upon final delivery of the Organizational Mental Health Audit report.
• Payment Method: Bank transfer to the designated account of the Psychologist's registered practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Invoices will be issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR) with applicable 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate represents a fair and accurate representation of the professional psychological services to be provided in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. Acceptance of this document constitutes a binding agreement for the services, pricing, and terms described herein. Any modifications to the scope of work must be documented in a written addendum signed by both the Psychologist and the authorized representative of the client.
