This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the scope of services, associated costs, and terms applicable to the engagement of our registered Psychologist for your organisation's employee wellness programme in Singapore Singapore. Scope of ServicesThis Quotation Estimate covers the provision of a fully licensed and HSA-registered Psychologist to conduct a comprehensive Employee Mental Health Assessment and Intervention Programme for a period of twelve (12) months. The Psychologist will operate primarily from our clinical facility in Singapore Singapore and will also conduct on-site visits to your premises as required. All services are delivered in compliance with the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act (Cap. 159) and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any services not commenced within this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate from our office in Singapore Singapore.
2. All fees quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of the Psychologist's professional time, clinical materials, psychometric test licences, and administrative overheads.
3. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% payable in quarterly instalments within fourteen (14) days of each invoice date.
4. The assigned Psychologist holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree and is registered with the Health Sciences Council (HSC) of Singapore. All clinical records will be maintained in strict accordance with Singapore's PDPA and the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act.
5. Cancellation of individual sessions must be provided at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for hospitalisation, psychiatric medication, or services rendered by external specialists not listed herein. Any additional referrals will be communicated separately with a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
7. All services are to be conducted within the geographical boundaries of Singapore Singapore. Travel to locations outside this area will incur additional charges as per our standard rate card.
8. In the event of force majeure or government-mandated restrictions affecting service delivery in Singapore Singapore, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for alternative arrangements.
9. This Quotation Estimate is subject to the standard terms of MindWell Psychological Services Pte. Ltd. and the prevailing laws of the Republic of Singapore.
