All amounts are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT at 15% is applicable as per South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is a formal offer by Johannesburg Psychological Services (Pty) Ltd for the engagement of a registered Psychologist in South Africa Johannesburg. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.
All psychological services shall be rendered in strict compliance with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) Code of Conduct, the National Health Act (Act 61 of 2003), and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013).
Client confidentiality is paramount. All records, assessments, and reports will be stored securely in accordance with South African data protection legislation. No information will be disclosed without written consent from the client or a valid court order.
Payment terms: 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% is payable within 14 days of service completion or upon receipt of the final invoice, whichever is earlier.
Payment may be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to our designated bank account in South Africa Johannesburg. Cheques are accepted but must be cleared before services commence.
Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
The Psychologist reserves the right to refer the client to a psychiatrist or other allied health professional if the clinical presentation warrants it. Such referrals will be communicated transparently to the client.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific therapeutic outcomes. Psychological treatment is individualised, and progress varies per client.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with jurisdiction lying in the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg.
This Quotation Estimate supersedes all prior verbal or written communications regarding the scope and cost of services.
