- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Psychologist services and pricing may be subject to revision based on current rates in Spain Madrid.
- All prices listed in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 21% as governed by Spanish fiscal regulations in Madrid.
- The Psychologist services outlined herein are to be delivered at our clinical premises located in the Salamanca district of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise agreed in writing for telehealth sessions.
- Payment terms: A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the client's appointment schedule. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the final session or deliverable.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (IBAN: ES21 0081 0001 0123 4567 8901), credit/debit card, and direct debit. All payments are processed in compliance with Spain Madrid financial regulations.
- Cancellation policy: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the session price. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
- Confidentiality: All information shared during Psychologist sessions is protected under the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No client data will be disclosed without explicit written consent, except where mandated by Spanish law.
