This Quotation Estimate shall be settled according to the following schedule. Payment may be made by bank transfer to the Psychologist's designated account in Valencia, Spain, or by direct debit. A 10% deposit is required to confirm the initial booking and secure the first appointment slot. The remaining balance shall be payable in two equal instalments: the first due at the commencement of the therapeutic programme, and the second due upon completion of the final follow-up session. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% in accordance with Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability are subject to revision by the Psychologist.
4.2 All psychological services will be provided in strict adherence to the ethical code of the Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos de Valencia and the broader Spanish psychological profession. Confidentiality is guaranteed under Spanish law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD).
4.3 The client agrees to attend all scheduled sessions at the practice location in Valencia, Spain. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% fee of the session price will be charged.
4.4 The Psychologist reserves the right to refer the client to a psychiatrist or other specialist in Valencia, Spain, if the clinical presentation warrants additional medical intervention. Such referrals will be communicated in writing and will not incur additional cost to the client under this Quotation Estimate.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the document. Upon acceptance, a formal service agreement will be executed in accordance with Spanish civil law.
4.6 All sessions are conducted in a professional setting in Valencia, Spain. The Psychologist may offer the option of telehealth sessions via secure video link for follow-up appointments, subject to the client's preference and clinical appropriateness.
