4.1 — This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The Psychologist reserves the right to decline or modify services if the client's needs fall outside the scope of licensed practice in Thailand Bangkok.
4.2 — A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% session fee.
4.3 — All client records, assessment reports, and session notes are maintained in strict confidentiality in accordance with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019) and the professional ethics code of the Thai Psychological Association.
4.4 — The Psychologist is not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care. In cases of acute crisis, the Psychologist will refer the client to the nearest psychiatric hospital in Thailand Bangkok (e.g., Siriraj Hospital, Ramathibodi Hospital, or Bangkok Hospital).
4.5 — Payment is due within seven (7) business days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge as permitted under Thai commercial law.
4.6 — This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named client and may not be transferred or assigned to a third party without prior written consent from the Psychologist.
